Clean Coaching
“The greatest good you can do for another is not just share your riches,
but to reveal to him his own.” - Benjamin Disraeli
Clean Coaching is established on the pioneering work of psychologist David Grove who developed a powerful questioning technique called Clean Language.
Clean Language is used especially for discovering, exploring and working with coachee's own personal metaphors. This approach is very effective in helping people to make changes through discovering new insights and recognizing new possibilities.
Clean Language is most commonly used in executive coaching, but its relative simplicity and unusual approach to metaphor make it useful in a wide range of other vocations or contexts including consultancy, management, organizational development, education, business analysis, therapy, research and healthcare.
