About me:

I am a mindfulness teacher and a leadership coach. I have had a regular personal meditation practice for 9 years and extensive training in Mindfulness Meditation, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (Brown University), Mindfulness Mentor Training (Banyan), Mindful Parenting Teacher Training, (Prof. Susan Bögels- Netherlands), Mindfulness Meditation Teacher’s Certification Program  (Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield), Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training (Center for Mindful Eating), Paws b, .b, .breathe Teacher’s Training (Mindfulness in School Project-UK)

  • I first became interested in mindfulness when I was receiving my professional coach training 10 years ago. Practicing mindfulness enabled me to become a more compassionate and non-judgmental coach. My coaching inspired business leaders to achieve better focus, increased confidence, and a greater sense of well-being in both their personal and professional lives.

My journey into mindfulness teaching began with teaching children and parents at the International Montessori School of Beijing in 2016. Since then, I have passionately shared power of mindfulness with hundreds of individuals of all ages, with a special focus on teenagers, expats, and parents. My teaching aims to foster student’s awareness of emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations through formal and informal mindfulness practices. This awareness empowers individuals to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience, promoting not only stress management but also holistic well-being.
