Course Description
Creating #DramaFree Conversations begins with a powerful one-day intensive, and follow by two additional days of in-depth practitioner development.
The one-day programme introduces the core #DramaFree tools and frameworks.
Days 2 and 3 take you deeper: into the
-
theory and practice of metaphor and symbolic modelling,
-
the Quadributions model for building rich coaching agreements,
-
Clean Feedback as a full coaching structure,
-
brain states and what they mean for how we respond under pressure,
-
and extended coaching practice in triads with structured peer feedback.
By the end of the three days you will have a coherent, integrated toolkit, grounded in Clean Language and tested in real coaching conversations, that you can apply with confidence in your professional practice.
A distinctive feature of this programme is that the tools work across different coaching and facilitation contexts. Although the programme is aligned with ICF PCC competencies for one-to-one coaching, many of the tools translate directly into group and team settings.
Coaches who are expanding their practice into team coaching, facilitators working with groups, and leaders and managers who want practical frameworks for navigating team dynamics will all find material here that is immediately applicable.
The programme does not attempt to be a full team coaching qualification — but it will give you a genuine taste of how these tools open up in group contexts, and a strong foundation from which to develop further.
Throughout the three days you will practise in pairs and triads, give and receive Clean Feedback, and work with real situations from your own professional life.
Places are limited to ensure that everyone receives individual attention and has meaningful opportunities to practise.
ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits are available for all three days. Participants attending the one-day programme will receive CCE credits for that day.
If you are considering staying for the full three days, we recommend registering early as places on the extended programme are limited.
